You might not think that a $25 contribution makes a difference, but when 300+ Just Mover’s contribute we raised our biggest total ever for Just Move, $32,810. A contribution this size funds the Cancer Experience Program in its entirely for 4 impactful months. WHAT WAS JUST MOVE AND HOW DOES IT WORK
Just Move is just that simple. A 2-day event where participants come together in person & virtually from around the world to get moving for their mental and physical health in support of integrative cancer care. Move any way, anytime, either day!
STEP 1
On February 24th and/or 25th put on your heat activated gear.
STEP 2
At anytime, anywhere doing any positive movement that drives you, Just Move.
STEP 3
When you're done moving the Just Move logo on the arm of your shirt will have changed colour!
STEP 4
Share your after photos with us on social by using our templates or tagging us. Not on social? No worries, you can still join the move(men)t by emailing us your photos at info@carleysangels.ca
